    • Thanks and sorry for late reply. Worry has a powerful effect on us, and you are not alone in how you are feeling. Good to hear that you’re feeling better. I know its hard to do but I advise not watching mainstream news, and being very selective with who you follow on social media. All that we can do is share love, joy and happiness with the people we meet, and make sure we are putting positive energy out into the world. Because the world needs it at this time.
