Everything You Need, You Have.

a-walk-along

If you talk to anyone, no matter how rich or how poor; they all need something.

Many people think; if only they had more money all would be ok. Then you meet someone that has more money than they could ever spend and guess what? They’re not happy.

As long as you are searching for happiness outside of yourself, you will never find it. Unless you discover the unlimited spiritual wealth that is within; you can never be truly wealthy; no amount of money can fill the void left from spiritual poverty.

Each of us was graced with a special gift. A God given purpose.

Most people when asked what their purpose is will give you a blank stare, or the famous line, I don’t know what I’m good at.

If you are not living your purpose, you can never be truly happy and will feel constantly stressed, as you will work a job you do not enjoy. Which may lead to maybe even questioning God Himself..

…Why did my life end up this way?

If you ask this question, the truth, you never embraced your gifts, or fear kept you back. Everyone’s purpose is different, but it all boils down to one thing. Service. Providing service to others.

1 Corinthians 12:7-11
A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other. To one person, the Spirit gives the ability to give wise advice; to another, the same Spirit gives a message of special knowledge. The same Spirit gives great faith to another, and to someone else, the one Spirit gives the gift of healing. He gives one person the power to perform miracles, and another, the ability to prophesy. He gives someone else the ability to discern whether a message is from the Spirit of God or from another spirit. Still another person is given the ability to speak in unknown languages, while another is given the ability to interpret what is being said. The one and only Spirit distributes all these gifts. He, alone, decides which gift each person should have.

We all have been graced with a spiritual gift. If you have no idea what your spiritual gift is, ask in prayer for it to be revealed to you.

Jesus said over and over, the kingdom of God is within you. Everything you need is within you. The problem? Worry, doubt, regret, and other negative feelings clouds our vision. We can easily think that being a good listener or a compassionate person are not gifts, but this is not the case.Ā  Even these simple gifts can have a deep impact on a person’s life that is in need of them.

Matthew 20:28
Even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.ā€

What everyone needs is happiness and peace in their lives. This can be attained by living as close to Jesus teachings as we can. Forgive others. Serve others. Be a listening ear; a voice of wisdom.

Thanks for reading.

  1. Thank you for taking the time to write God’s Words to us. These books on Amazon that I accidentally found were “Godincidences” and through these words God’s grace has changed my life for the better, to live my life in His Will more every day. Please continue to write and may God continue to bless, guide and protect you.
