Calm The Chaos – Guided Meditation

As we relax and awaken through our physical body, we discover the formless dimension of awareness, we take a step closer to God. 

We can spend most of our time lost within our thinking, deciding, planning, going over problems. It can become so normal to us that we can be unaware that there is another way.

Its important to take time each week to just relax and switch off, otherwise all the stress, worries and pressure can build up. You can become disconnected from spirit.

We all live busy lives but I highly recommend listening to the above audio once or twice a week to reset.
